Pricing FAQ
Do you charge commission on bookings?
Never. You pay a flat monthly price and keep 100% of every booking. Commission is the marketplace model we exist to replace.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
You keep going on Pro if it fits, or drop to the permanent Free plan (one staff calendar, unlimited bookings). No card is required to start, so nothing is charged automatically unless you choose to subscribe.
Can I take deposits and card payments?
Yes. Connect your own Stripe account and take deposits and no-show fees straight into your bank — we never sit in the middle of your money.
How does staff pricing work on Pro?
Pro includes up to 6 staff calendars. Beyond that it is £4 per extra staff per month, so it scales with your team, not with your bookings.
Is there really a free migration?
Yes — if you are on Fresha, Booksy, Treatwell or similar, we import your services, staff, hours and client list for you, usually live within 24 hours.
