BookThru is a trading style of Smarter Sites Ltd. By using it you agree to the following.

The service

We provide online booking software for salons and barbers. We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is"; we don't guarantee uninterrupted operation and our liability is limited to the fees you've paid.

Your account

• You're responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for keeping your login secure.
• You must have the right to process your clients' data and to contact them.
• Don't use the service for anything unlawful, or to send messages people haven't agreed to receive.

Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the paid period. The Free plan is free for as long as you use it. Prices exclude VAT.

Payments to you

Deposits and fees you collect run through your own connected Stripe account — that money is yours and never passes through us. Stripe's terms apply to those transactions.
